Night movers

Quick one tonight.

Have you ever fallen asleep in one room and then woke up in another, with no recollection of how you got there?

I have.

When this occurs, I always assume that something moved me there. For some reason I pictures a group of these little guys doing the moving.

I may revisit these guys and do a color version...someday.

Tough spot

This is inspired from a particular squirrel that steal food out of the bird feeder at my mom's house. The feeder is staked into the ground just off of her back porch so she can watch the birds in the morning when she's in the kitchen. But this chubby little thief feeds more than the birds do. He has a method where he has to hang between the feeder and the railing of the porch. There's a bit of a gap but he stretches himself and always comes back with feed. I always imagine him extending himself a little too far one time and getting stuck in this position.

Girl study

I've been pretty busy this past week so I haven't been able to do too many in-depth drawings or paintings, hopefully next week I'll get back on track, but for tonight I did a quick study of a girl. This girl is based off of my friend Ciaee's design which I really like so I thought I'd give it a shot.

T-rex and the butterfly

Here's a quick one tonight. Haven't been posting as often as I'd like due to working on freelance and other projects but hopefully I'll get back on track soon enough.

But I drew a little sketch of a t-rex a little while back and was talking about "Meet the Robinsons" so I was all amped up on the t-rex train today so I decided to paint over me sketch.
